In the course of its modeling agency activity, carried out under license no. 75.16.009 issued by the Île-de-France Prefecture, WHAT ELSE AGENCY SAS (hereinafter "WHAT ELSE AGENCY") collects information voluntarily provided by candidates wishing to be represented by the agency, via the forms available on the website www.whatelseagency.com or by any other means of communication (email, post).

These notices supplement the Website's general Privacy Policy, to which they are annexed.

In connection with processing your application, the following data may be collected:

• Identity data: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, gender;
• Contact details: postal address, email address, phone number;
• Physical and body measurements: height, measurements (bust, waist, hips), shoe size, eye colour, hair colour, etc.;
• Visual content: photographs (polaroids, portraits, full-length), videos;
• Professional documents: book, portfolio, CV, professional references;
• Professional experience: previous contracts, previous agencies, brands you have worked with;
• Social media accounts: links to public profiles you voluntarily provide (Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
• Any other information you choose to send us in your application.

Data collected in connection with your application is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Review and evaluation of your application by WHAT ELSE AGENCY agents and management;
• Building a talent database of candidates who may be represented;
• Administrative management of represented models' profiles;
• Presenting profiles to professional clients (brands, fashion houses, productions, photographers, advertising agencies) for potential modeling assignments;
• Communicating with you regarding your application, its follow-up or professional opportunities;
• Complying with legal obligations relating to model representation (French Labour Code, Social Security Code).

Processing related to your application is based on:

• Performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR);
• Your explicit consent for processing your photographs, videos and body measurement data (Articles 6.1.a and 9.2.a GDPR);
• Our legitimate interest in building a talent database and promoting our agency activity (Article 6.1.f GDPR);
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to modeling agencies (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

Your data may be disclosed to:

• authorised WHAT ELSE AGENCY staff (agents, administrative team, artistic direction);
• professional partners involved in casting, production, representation or prospecting assignments (professional clients only, subject to confidentiality commitments);
• technical service providers responsible for maintaining and hosting the talent database (including MEDIA SLIDE);
• administrative or judicial authorities when required by law.

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

At the end of these periods, your data will either be deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of data held about you;

• Guaranteeing that the content submitted (photographs, videos) is rights-free or that you have the necessary authorisations to submit it.
